Fantastic Service.
Life-Changing Impact.
As a customer, you will not only get fantastic service from a trusted organisation with a 40 year history, but you also genuinely change lives.
Good for you and good for others.
About Us:
We are an enterprise, set up with help from the National Lottery Community Fund and quite simply, we train and coach people who don’t have a home of their own, to gain recognised qualifications to be professional cleaners and ‘handy people’.
We aim to employ at least 25% of our workforce from those with lived experience of being homeless.
How we do it:
- By offering high-quality training in domestic and commercial cleaning, property maintenance and related skills, with training aligned to recognised qualifications where possible, so enhancing employability
- By having a dedicated Employment and Skills Trainer, Lead Cleaner and Lead Maintenance Person, providing coaching, support and guidance throughout, so individuals gain hands-on experience
- By supporting individuals overcome barriers to employment and maintain progress, helping people move on from homelessness and unstable housing
- By providing training that is designed to empower individuals, boost self-confidence and self-esteem
A huge thank you to the National Lottery Community Fund and everyone who plays the Lottery — your support is making this possible.
