Solo Housing are proud to announce their new organisational values.
Over the past few months everyone across Solo Housing has been sharing what is important to them about how we operate and work towards our vision of delivering housing solutions for single people.
Residents, Staff and Executive Committee members chose 75 different words and various statements to describe what they value. From that, we developed four value statements and a visual word cloud to incorporate everyone’s contributions.
We co-designed the image below with residents.
Solo Housing has made a commitment to our organisational values and will be using these to demonstrate how we work and how we hold ourselves accountable across the organisation and the wider community.
