In a quest to further our mission of providing affordable housing solutions, Solo Housing (East Anglia) is actively seeking a suitable property that fulfils a set of specific requirements. As of early January 2024, we are in search of a property that meets the following criteria
- A Minimum of 6 Bedsits: To accommodate residents comfortably and affordably.
- Shared Kitchen: To foster a sense of community and practicality.
- Office Space for 3 Staff: To manage our vital operations and provide support.
- Located in the Broadland or South Norfolk Areas: In alignment with our geographical focus.
- Good Transport Links and Shops Nearby: Ensuring accessibility and convenience for our residents.
This property will be required until at least the end of March 2026, reflecting our commitment to providing stable housing for an extended period. As an additional incentive, we are ready and willing to pay one year’s rent in advance, streamlining the rental process for potential landlords.
