Job Title: Bank Support Worker

Salary range: starting at £12.02 per hour

About the role…

This role and the person in it, will be expected use to use their highly developed skills, experience and pragmatism to develop positive relationships with their colleagues, residents, stakeholders, private landlords and the wider organisation.

The postholder will report to the Senior Support Worker.

The role will be based where the need is most, so flexibility is necessary and mileage is paid.

The right person will…

  • Have an infectious passion for providing housing with support, have great sector insight, love to problem solve and an upbeat personality
  • Have a good understanding of the importance of proactive housing management to compliment support to enable individuals to live independently
  • Be able to work with partner agencies to drive move on and settled accommodation solutions
  • Have a high level of understanding of homelessness and the traumas that people can suffer due to this
  • Be able to create and maintain high quality Support Plans and support the Property Services Team to deliver ongoing compliance and high standards of accommodation
  • Have a full UK driving licence, unrestricted access to a vehicle and be able to travel across our operating area
